Nice hotel with a very nice restaurant directly next door and supermarket and other shopping within 5 minutes walking distance across the street
And plenty of additional restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes walking distance
Hotel staff very nice and very helpful and support wherever they can

This Premier Inn was the best we have ever been too. We slept very well even though the A127 was within 30-40 yards away as the double glazing was fantastic. The room was very clean and tidy, the shower room was the height of cleaness. Our bed was very comfortable. The service at breakfast was quick and efficient , the food arrived piping hot and tasted fresh. The whole experience was lovely and would highly recommend to others.As it wasnt far from Southend seafront we was able to take a trip there knowing we would ne coming back to comfort. Will be staying at this particular hotel again.

Perfect for families on a budget and you get nice comfort stay in return. Warm welcome at reception and people are friendly around. On the downside, Breakfast options are very limited and not impressive, unless you are happy with a few regular breads.

Friendly team, easy check in, clean room, comfy bed, great shower, Tea and Coffee in the room, extra in reception if you need it. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Easy to park (don't trust the Sat Nav mine took me all over the place), as you turn in to Brook Road you need to turn into the Harvester/Premier Inn Car Park about 50 foot in on the left.

We booked to stay here as we had to stay overnight in the area at short notice. We stayed in one of the new style rooms which had everything that you would expect from a Premier Inn but with a fresh feel. No issues at all with the hotel, the staff were friendly, room was very clean and comfortable- we were a little concerned with how close it is to the A127 however bar a little noise once or twice we didn’t hear anything and definitely didn’t spoil our sleep. We booked breakfast which was very good value and set us up for the day ahead. All in all a great Premier Inn at a good price would definitely use again if in the area.

Booked a room after a poor experience elsewhere nearby. It was nice to walk into a bright, airy reception and be greeted by a friendly staff member for a quick check in. The room (which is the next evolution style) was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, a great shower, and the HDMI socket on the wall was handy for connecting the Xbox to. Despite being on a main road, the windows drown out most of the noise for a pleasant stay. An added bonus, free parking!
