Very comfortable room, espacially the beds are very good, room has a bathtub and a balcony, better than the neighbouring Holiday Inn. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Car Park is under the hotel. Very nice swimming pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to a major shopping mall, which made it easy to grab meals, shop, and explore without needing a taxi. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like a baby every night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room felt brand new. One thing that stood out was the staff. They were all friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made check-in and asking for recommendations a breeze. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place near the mall, this hotel is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again

Quite a big hotel, with plenty of parking spaces in front of and behind the hotel. This hotel has many buildings; mine was in wing A. Unfortunately, this part is under renovation, targeted for completion by May 25. I initially got a room on the 8th floor, but it was unlivable due to the paint and chemical smells. I requested a room change and am now on the 5th floor; it's a bit better, but there's still a faint paint smell. However, the room is quite spacious and clean. The bed was a bit hard, but the pillows were comfy. The Wi-Fi was unusable, very slow, and with a bad signal (only 5-10 Mbps on a speed test). Breakfast was okay.

The hotel offers convenient parking and is located close to local eateries, with easy access by car to the beach or nearby shopping malls.

Perfect for a family vacation! The hotel conveniently features two 7-Eleven stores on-site, which was incredibly handy for grabbing essentials. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly and assisting with door access every time we entered or left. The two swimming pools were also excellent, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. My family thoroughly enjoyed all the meals.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It's a large and very clean property with 8 floors. One of the best things about it is the location — even though it's not right by the beach, it's right in the heart of the city, which makes getting around super easy. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find a night market, a fresh market, and even a 7-Eleven, so it's really convenient for food and essentials. If I visit Rayong again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel once more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

The room was clean and private, and on-site parking was available. They provided complimentary bread and coffee in the mornings, which was perfect for a quick breakfast before heading to work. It truly met all my needs for a business trip.
