Horrible experience, booking was cancelled because apparently payment didn’t go through however I did not receive any emails that stated our booking has been cancelled and the last email I received stated that our booking was guaranteed, 3 days before our “check in date” they said our booking is cancelled. (We booked 3 months in advance) my family and I had planned Christmas Eve and Christmas Day there. We have stayed before and loved Spa Facilities.Staff argued with us but they still managed to get us a room. Christmas dinner was at the bottom restaurant, food selection was worse than at the main restaurant. All the food, especially the meat was cold. Restaurants was completely empty as we were sent away from the main restaurant, a very depressing atmosphere for Christmas, and the staff is unattending, Celebration was ruined for us this year! For the money we payed, we didnt enjoyed our long planned Christmas Celebration.
