Food and Dining: The food is highlighted for its quality, variety, and reasonable pricing, with dishes like the 'Quadzilla' burger and Sunday roasts receiving praise. Deals and promotions, such as 'Wine Wednesday' and two-for-one burgers, add value to meals.

Great value if you are staying in the area, rooms I would say are on par with Travelodge, perfect for an overnight stay. Serves typical pub grub in the restaurant which is also good value compared with other venues. Public bar was busy so plenty of atmosphere and staff all very friendly.

This hotel has vast room for improvement. The rooms are dated and in need of a refresh, especially considering the price charged per night. The bathroom was poorly cleaned with a shower head that was too low and had odd nozzle positions. During the summer, the room was too hot with no air-con offered. The staff were dismissive throughout and did not feel welcoming. I would not recommend this establishment.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our daughter’s wedding at Stanlake Park. Rooms clean and functional. Staff exceptional. We had friends and family staying here who had travelled from the north east of England too. Debbie who checked us in and looked after our group of 13 went above and beyond to make sure we had a good weekend. Rearranging tables to allow us an area we could all eat together and regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I was mother of the bride and one of the bridesmaids had to leave early on Saturday morning as part of the bridal party. Debbie made us continental breakfast bags to take with us as we had to leave before breakfast was served. She helped to arrange taxis for us get to the venue. All staff were friendly and accommodating and we would definitely recommend this budget friendly hotel to anyone needing to stay on this area.

2 twin bedroom - good sized room with ok beds. easy and convenient parking. no outlets/plugs on the side of the wall where the beds were making it really inconvenient to charge anything at night. only plug was by the desk. curtains were pretty much useless less all morning light in. no microwave, no mini-fridge.

Firstly, the staff are all super friendly. Hotel reception, table service, bar, all seem happy. The food was great, good price, decent quantity and very tasty, our family of four were all happy at dinner and breakfast. The restaurant is of a good standard, we were at table 5, which is a little more tucked away but within sight of the bar and the atmosphere. We all slept well, room was warm enough and TV and bathroom were of a good standard. My negatives would be that the bedroom is very dated and the walls look tired and patched up in places. Same could be said for the restaurant men's room. All told, for the price of the room and meals, we were left feeling happy, just wish some investment could be made on remodeling the bedrooms.

This hotel is very tired and dated. The rooms are dreadful. The faux leather headboard of the bed has virtually no faux leather left on it. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Chipped bath. Dirt and grime around the soap tray. Mould in the corners of bath round the sealant. Cracked wash basin. As for the breakfast don’t bother not pleasant at all and the manager desperately needs training in customer service.
