Everything was awesome and staff maintained the standard set by ITC is known for. We enjoyed a lot our stay at ITC welcom in katra. Very warm hospitality and food was very tasty.

I haven't seen this place in person, but I've seen it through video calls with my parents. The hospitality they received and the staff's kindness were absolutely delightful. What a welcome and treatment both Jagdeep sahab and Sunil sahab gave us. When you have free time and your people are with you, then just go here and come back, then you will become a part of that place and stay there only.
