My recent stay at the welcom hotel by itc was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Perfect location , very cooperative staff in every department. It was my second time in Welcom. Pool Length is also good. Garden view is amazing. Do not miss High Tea in garden and evening aarti in hotel. Buffet Dinner with live music is also cherry on top.

Loved the chilled-out ambience and the view of Trikuta Hills! The almond pesto pizza was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and creative. Nadru kebabs were a pleasant surprise. Veg club sandwich with perfectly done fries was top-tier. Smoothies, fizzy coolers, and herb-loaded white sauce pasta rounded out the meal beautifully. Feels like a slice of NYC in Katra. Will definitely return! Sapna & Nagama not only recommend but served so well...kudos to staff

Our stay at ITC Welcome Hotel, Katra was truly memorable. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a comfortable stay during the Vaishno Devi yatra. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the modern amenities we needed. It was a great place to relax and unwind after the trek. The hospitality at the hotel was top-notch. All the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Komal for the kind gesture of upgrading our room — it really made our stay extra special and comfortable. Such thoughtful service is what makes a big difference in the overall experience. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and the location of the hotel is ideal — quiet yet conveniently accessible. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Katra. Will definitely choose this place again for future visits!

Very hospitable,very sweet cooperative ,very friendly staff felt like home ,excellent experience in such a shrine Place, sweet Sapna Ji and Mr Jagdevji we really had unforgettable, experience here ,never like this before in any hotel. Food quality was also excellent and yummy food.

The food was delicious and the staff was very hospitable . Also the stay was quite pleasant in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the service provided by the hotel was awesome. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. The view from the hotel also is stunning. Highly recommended !!

Welcome hotel Katra has provided Outstanding service , amazing hospitality . The food was a chef kiss for me. As they customised according to customer taste and preferences. The staff was humble and service was really appreciated. A must visit 👍🏻👌😊
