Travelodge Redhill Town Centre

Stayed here for our company Christmas do, could not be happier. I've stayed in a few Travelodges whilst working away, and this one was by far the best I've stayed at. The girls on reception were so friendly on check in and the room was clean and comfy. Special mention to Abbie on reception. I happened to mention that the heater in my room, whilst still working, couldn't access the 'boost' function which would allow my room to be warm all night and it was minus 1 outside. I came back from our function to find a hot water bottle on my bed and a note saying "didn't want you to get cold". To the managers at Travelodge, be ever so proud of your staff at this place, they are absolute legends. Have a great Christmas guys 👍🏻

Comfortable. Convenient. Worth the value. Highly recommend. The staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend the breakfast. There’s even a gym next-door for those who like to work out.

We stay here all the time when visiting our head office just around the corner. The staff are super friendly, the rooms clean and comfy and breakfast is good. This latest time I had accidentally booked the other Travelodge in town which doesn’t have the same facilities - and the rest of my colleagues were all in this one. Lisa and Victoria worked really hard to secure a transfer to this hotel for me (at no notice whatsoever as I only discovered my error in trying to check in!) and got everything sorted out for me with just the room difference cost to pay. Fab!👍🏼

The staff were helpful and friendly - professional but warm,especially to my elderly mother. I appreciated that they didn't charge her for a very simple breakfast of a cup of tea and one piece of toast which is all she could manage. They made sure that our rooms were close to each other, and that her's was near the lift as she cannot walk far. The beds were firm (a little too firm for Mum but fine for me and my husband) but the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I was especially pleased to fond there was Fairly traded coffee! Brilliant. Thank you!

This Travelodge was fairly standard for Travelodge, basic and clean. There was an issue with racers on the car park at Sainsbury's next door in the middle of the night. That was the low, the high point was Andrei, not only did he seem to be always at work he was exceptionally friendly and exceptionally helpful. Probably the finest member of staff I have seen in a hotel.

The hotel is located on Redhhill High Street and 5 min walk from the railway station which is a 25 min train ride from London Gatwick s South Terminal. So it is a good alternative to overpriced airport hotels. I landed at Gatwick at 23.55 , after retrieving my luggage I proceeded to the airport railway station inside the terminal building and had a train to Croydon via Redhill at 0025. By 00.15 IHad checked in at the Travelodge.
