My husband & I stayed here on the final leg of our stay celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and were quite disappointed with our stay. I had booked a deluxe room with balcony and as with any description of a balcony I was expecting to be able to sit out and watch the sun go down but that is not what we got. The balcony was simply a window that opens fully and the view was certainly not deluxe. That said we could use the roof top terrace which did have a fantastic view over into Scilly and the best view of Mount Etna that we had experienced, I would have preferred this to be a more private experience though. The room itself was very small with only 1 spare pillow and as only 1 pillow each was provided we could have defiantly done with another one. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic and the open kitchen space was great with lots to choose from in terms of snacks (some at an extra cost but that is to be expected) with a plentiful breakfast laid out for those leaving on a early flight such as ourselves. The location is perfect for an overnight stay following a late night or early morning flight with the airport being directly across the road.

Host Giuseppe really nice and helpful. Fantastic location for the airport, literally 2-3 minutes walk. Beautiful bathroom, comfy beds. Really nice and clean. Breakfast at 3.30am as we had an early flight. Lovely balcony looking at the airport and the sea. Food shop directly below the b&b. Will definitely stay again next time we're flying in/out of Reggio Calabria.

I give 5 stars because I can't give more! Owner very helpful and very welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness!!! The bathroom was like new, even the glass in the shower cubicle didn't have a trace of limescale! The perfect bedroom! The room smelled clean and the floors were shiny! (I was without slippers and walked in socks... there wasn't a speck of dust!). Very comfortable bed and pillow! Free WiFi, room with working air conditioning and TV. Fully equipped kitchen (common area): Abundant breakfast, vast choice of croissants and fridge full of drinks of all kinds. Location: by car it takes about ten minutes from the centre, but at least it is far from the chaos of traffic! What can I say... Highly recommended!!
