Stayed here July 2024 with 6 friends in 6 rooms. Check in was hassle free and friendly. Room is very basic, very small but the bathroom was clean and adequate. AC was very good but the view was of a selection of walls in close proximity. I'm going to mark the room down due to the fact that there was someone's big toe nail cutting on the bedside cabinet. Disgusting and worrying that the cleaner did not wipe that surface down. Management need a word with the cleaners on that one. No bottled water supplied in the room so best buy some before you arrive. Breakfast was buffet and as one would expect of a continental breakfast. Location is very good being located in the centre of town and we managed to park the cars and bikes in the underground car park, just down the road, on the opposite side. It did the job but some improvement needed on the cleaning side.

Absolutely perfect location-right in the centre of the city-& surprisingly quiet. A sweet welcome, but a rather shabby hotel…lots of Formica & a knocked about feel & the bed was hard & squeaky. But the shower was fabulous & the sound of the church bells this morning was lovely.

Stayed for 2 nights, saw my room, shower had mold growing around the edges., unclean overall. I Asked for another room, said they were full, but they weren’t. Checked online. My friend exchanged rooms with me as he stayed only one night. The worse part was, I asked the night before to order a taxi for the morning an hour before I had to leave. I listened and watched the man behind the desk do this and we decided on a price of $25 euros. I waited and no taxi came, I kept going into the hotel 5 times to have them call as I was going to miss my train to the airport and maybe miss my flight back home to Canada. He kept saying 5 minutes, 5 minutes…… it never showed. The hotel man ignored me, clearly I was upset and went about his business. I had to drag my luggage on the streets to find a taxi. Someone told me to go to Gare Central. There was a lineup of people waiting for taxis. By this time I missed my train. I called my daughter in Canada crying and she suggested I take a taxi to the airport. She did look at other trains and means to get there but in the end I took the taxi and it cost me $275 euros. The taxi driver was wonderful to me and explained that a lot of taxis are very unprofessional and go for the big money transactions. The hotel should’ve known this and told me to go somewhere else and not promise me a taxi that I was assured. Go to a reputable hotel, NOT this one!!! There was a nice man on the afternoon shift, but the man in the morning wasn’t.

Hotel well located in the city center, quiet, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Varied breakfast. Thank you for the seriousness of the staff, who know how to assist you in your requests (forgetting a personal item in the room)

Good enough for one night if you don't have many demands. A good bed with very soft pillows, really bad. A top shower. Everything rattles and is noisy. Poorly maintained. With us I suddenly had the toilet seat in my hands. But oh well... for less than 80 euros in the center of Reims with many terraces. For us it was fine.

The employees only speak French and made little effort to make us understand them. Well that was no problem but it was when we forgot our telephone cable. We called and had to call back until the colleague who spoke the ‘best’ English arrived. The cable would be sent. So it wasn’t. Emailed in French, called several times again. Lots of promises but unfortunately we didn’t receive any cable. In terms of service a minus. And with a job like this it can be easy to make yourself understood in another language.

Perfectly located hotel, very friendly staff from reception to chambermaids. For a two star it is good and its location makes a lot of difference. Small downside the breakfast but we are indulgent because there is still choice for a two star
