The stay is adequate. The staff has been very understanding and hands on with their support. The property is easily accessible from the main road. Their food breakfast buffet and order-in room service is decent too.

Hotel room is decent but surrounding environment is not good, bad smell. Inside the hotel also bad smells they are maintaining with perfumes.

The hotel has a problem with all rooms with the safety key and only the master key was working. The staff was unwilling to help fix the issue and was very arrogant and irresponsible. They kept lying for over an hour about checkin even though we reached the hotel at 10 pm. Moreover, the hotel did not have parking as advertised. They only had 2-3 parking which was occupied by locals living around and we had to park next to the main road which isn't safe at night. Overall, this was like a lodge instead of a hotel with half of the amenities being lied about.

Neet rooms good service daily cleaning and easy to access from airport and railway station. It a centre for all the beaches and tourism places. Restaurant and food is good
