The view is really amazing and Reit im Winkl is super nice. We had an amazing dinner in Restaurant Unterwirt in the downtown of Reit.
Breakfast is on the big terrace outside with stunning mountain views.
Did a nice day trip to Königssee which is in easy reach.

Very good hotel for the money. Room was okay and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. We arrived late and the receptionist was nowhere to be found and had to wait for 30 minutes before she arrived. Other than that, the hotel was perfect and very charming.

Neat hotel with nice and comfortable room. No reception as same is situated in adjacent building. No problem for us. Breakfast was very good. we had diner in another hotel of same group. Friendly staff in all 3 locations

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt teilweise etwas lieblos. Die Zimmer sind, trotz der etwas altmodischen Möbel, OK, sauber und hatten bequeme Betten. Auch die Schlafcouch war bequem. Die Sauna hat auch gut funktioniert, der "Wellness-Bereich" wirkt durch den stillgelegten Whirlpool aber etwas trostlos. Für eine Familienübernachtung war der Preis in der Winterhochzeit OK. Die Parkplätze sind begrenzt, bzw. es muss zweireihig mit Absprache geparkt werden. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir vom Frühstück, es gab eine sehr breite Auswahl!

Also zum ersten gab es trotz Reservierung keinen Schlüssel an der Rezeption. Zweitens waren sechs dort angegebene Nummer nicht vergeben. Den Schlüssel habe ich nach Stunden der Rumfragens im Ort auch nur durch andere Gäste gefunden. Das Bad schimmelt und die Einrichtung ist hässlich. Die Bademäntel waren schmutzig. Weiterhin wurde mir eine Rechnung geschickt, obwohl ich schon bezahlt habe...

Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und für diese Preisklasse sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel war sehr gut. Leider kamen wir mit den Matratzen (Memory-Schaummatratzen) überhaupt nicht klar. Beide haben wir schlecht geschlafen und standen mit Kreuzschmerzen auf.

3-Sterne Hotel gebucht, 2 Sterne-Hotel bekommen (lt. Hotelschild am Eingang). Eindruck wie bei einem Lost Place (keine Rezeption, Restaurant ausgeräumt), Markisen zerfleddert. Frühstück im Haus Sonnleiten war sehr gut, das Abendessen im der Villa Mittermaier absolut schlecht (z.B. Fischgericht mit Bratensoße, jeden ein pilzhaltiges Gericht usw.) Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer bis auf das Badezimmer abgewohnt, der Schrank konnte aufgrund einer starken Geruchsbildung nicht genutzt werden

Das Frühstück war ideenreich und hatte viel Auswahl. Qualitative hochwertige Lebensmittel. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut für Freizeitsport und auch in der Nähe zu Österreich.
