"Overall, it was a good experience—the reception staff, cleaners, and chefs were welcoming, and the room was clean.
The only issues were that the room was cold, and the WiFi was weak and unstable (5 nights in Feb 2025, Room 22x).
I gave 5 stars for location, cleanliness, and service, and 3 stars for facilities."

"Close to downtown, clean and well maintained.
First of all, the staff were very friendly and I could stay without any inconvenience during my stay, but the Korean manager was especially friendly and kind, so I felt friendly and comfortable in strange places. It was.

"The hotel is not far from the lake, and the overall environment is good. It is equipped with a coffee machine and bottled water. The breakfast is also OK. "Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day.
Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless"
