民宿設施很好，三百多一個獨棟小別墅很划算，離丹霞山很近，但是周邊環境荒涼，飯菜便利超市沒有外賣可送，衹能開車出去找吃的，來住最好自駕，不然打不到車！建議老闆有能力自己做外賣送餐到酒店最好！

春節假期在這裏住了五天，別墅有三層，四房兩廳四衞，老闆人很好，入住時到了以後，要去老闆的農莊開單，再進行入住。下午三點到的，但是來不及打掃衞生就住進去了，建議入住前提前加強溝通，這些都可以提前溝通解決。周圍風景很不錯，有丹霞山，南華寺，百年東街，還有五馬櫻花生態園等等，後面入住幾天後，和房東加強了溝通，總體來説還是很不錯的一個民宿，推薦！

大年初三，入住寶能（丹霞四合院）別墅區民宿，空氣鮮甜，負離子超高，衞生，乾淨，舒心，卡拉ok音響效果超級，麻將軟凳座的舒服。本地老闆熱情，詳細介紹了丹霞山的各個景點。下次過來還要入住（丹霞四合院別墅）感謝老闆！吃住都優惠打骨折。

房子獨門獨户 比一般民宿酒店住着都要舒服 不受打擾，距離丹霞山也很近，美中不足的是 附近吃飯購物的地方比較少，但總體來説性價比很高 對得起這個價格。
