酒店位置可以說是極好的，就在丹霞山景區內，位於斷石村內，距離水上丹霞及陽元山景區幾分鐘路程，由丹霞山景區入口有免費專車接送往長老峰景區及陽元山景區，大概15～20分鐘一班車，景區內居民都很熱心主動幫忙。可能現在是淡季，由入住到離店都沒見過老板人，可以說是全自助，鎖匙放前台，到達酒店需致電老板，再自取房匙上房，房間較簡陋，基本設備有，可以現在天氣很冷，被子很薄，暖氣不足，整間房間就像在冰箱一樣，睡覺我們都要穿上毛衣羽絨服，𧙕子等所有可保暖的東西都穿上，否則一晚過去我們真會涷疆，可能夏天會好點；房裡杯子很不干淨，杯底發黑，沒敢用；我估計如要入住此類客棧，一定要帶備一切基本用品才好。在客棧附近有不少餐廳，吃飯完全沒問題，只是不會營業到很晚。這裡有一家便利店，如沒帶牙刷毛巾等日用品，可到此買，也算是方便的。

想要住在景區裏面然後對比了很多，選的這家。出乎意料的的好，絕對的性價比之王。很乾凈！！！各種衞生用品都很齊全，老闆人也超好。我們行程比較趕，有老有小，就選擇了陽元山景區➕水上丹霞。這兩個地方距離民宿都在步行 10 分鐘內，這個距離真是深得我心❤️
