服務挺及時，電視機遙控器電池沒電，呼叫前台之後立刻就安排機器人送新電池過來；早餐種類豐富，是這次行程中幾家酒店裡唯一一家有吐司、吐司機和黃油的。

內部停車場，在貴州玩還是很重要的。衞生間乾濕分離。加錢升了商務標間。但房間裏水吧沒有插座！書桌沒有插座！床頭插了燒水的三向插頭就插不了手機充電頭了！最後在沙發靠地板的位置找到一個插座，所以每次燒水都的蹲着，把水壺從沙發邊的地上到水吧來回拿！真奇葩了。然後餐廳是頂層陽台加建的。座位走道上有個不起眼的矮台階，結果來來回回都絆人。還好我家長者絆了沒摔！我看幾本吃早點走那的都要被絆一下。商務標間的價格都趕得上維也納了，整體體驗不好。

1. 這次體驗真不錯！位置好找，停車方便。房間乾淨，床很舒服，一夜好眠，下次還來。
2. 前台辦理入住速度快，還貼心推薦周邊好玩的地方。房間整潔沒異味，設施都好用，住得超舒心。
3. 酒店環境好，安靜又雅緻 。房間佈置温馨，用品齊全。早餐豐富，吃得很滿足，值得推薦。

衞生：衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥床單非常乾淨。 裝修很用心
設施：酒店設施完善，空調給力，有洗衣房，還有熨燙機

環境：酒店環境好，周邊吃的多，裝修比較好，這次入住很滿意。

房間衞生一般，廁所有人體毛髮
新店環境還行，就是服務態度不咋樣
新年第一天，來拿到的房間漲價就算了，還沒電。
服務員協商換房間還讓你等，最後超時兩小時，她不補你時間差價，還要收你25一小時，氣不氣？？這樣的酒店我就仁懷人都覺得差！！！我住過十幾家漢庭，這是我覺得最垃圾的！！
對了，早餐很一般，鋼筋粉，不推薦買，不信可以試試

前台客服非常好，耐心介紹附近餐飲。電視沒有訊號，通知前台後很快便有工作人員到場，搞了一輪未成功，前台客服小妹立刻上來幫忙解決，非常好。早餐好 ，有免費洗衣房及停車場，洗手間及淋淋浴空間大。
