I ordered a bowl of noodles as soon as I arrived at the restaurant. The female staff took the breakfast coupon and asked the male staff to go downstairs. However, after I waited for more than ten minutes, the male staff said that they didn’t know I needed noodles... The female staff was just trying to smooth things over... and asked me to wait. Secondly, the hotel's parking lot is quite far away. When I arrived at the hotel the night before, I was told that they could provide valet parking, and they would help me drive my car back when I left my keys. However, the next morning when the parents waited downstairs with their luggage, they were told that they would take the car with them. When I got off, I saw it was a Lao Tou Le, which couldn't even fit four adults (plus the store employees) with a large suitcase... The store owner said to bring the driver over, and the rest of us stood in the sun at the door watching the luggage... It was so hot that I was sweating after standing for a while... Finally, I found that my Apple pencil was missing on the night of check-out. After reviewing the situation, I was basically sure that I didn’t put the Apple pencil into the case by mistake the night before. ① I called the hotel immediately, and we communicated on WeChat afterwards. How could there be guests staying suddenly? ③The last screenshot shows that within one minute the store owner moved both the clothes aside for inspection and also checked the carpet. Was it really that quick? If you can do it so quickly, why wait all night? It doesn't really matter whether you find it or not, you can just buy a new one at most, but I cannot agree with the hotel's attitude and way of handling the matter. The hotel's carpet must have not been cleaned for a long time, and the odor lingers for a long time.

I accompanied my mother on a trip to Guizhou. When I arrived in Zunyi, I stayed in Maotai Town and chose the Han Emperor Fengtai Hotel. It turned out that my choice was very correct. The hotel has a good location and the river view room has a first-class view. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony, watch the scenery and night view, and have a drink. The front desk service was first-class and well-trained. The beautiful woman Xiao Zeng saw that my mother was getting old and took the initiative to upgrade our room for us. The patient and considerate service of the sales manager Xiaotian left a very good impression on us. Seeing that my mother had difficulty walking, he took the initiative to drive us. He gave us a taste of Han Di Fengtai's Maotai-flavored wine, which was indeed good and cost-effective. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. The pig-killing rice in the restaurant on the second floor tastes good. Next time I come back to Maotai Town, I will choose Han Di Fengtai Hotel. 😘
