整體體驗下來很不好，最開始去前台開房間，結果房型都鎖着沒開放，要臨時打開才能開，登錄半天才開好。我想既然網上都有房間，不應該提前把房間開放出來嗎？在房間發現沒有一次性馬桶墊和洗澡用的涼拖鞋，就打了電話要了馬桶墊和兩雙涼拖鞋，前台告知沒有一次性馬桶墊後，然後又打電話告訴我説有的，讓我覺得酒店設施內部人員都不清楚嗎？還有我要涼拖鞋就是洗澡的，結果阿姨説前一天要涼拖鞋的人太多了，現在衹有一雙涼拖鞋了，然後説多給我兩雙一次性拖鞋……一雙就一雙吧，結果兩衹都是同邊的，還不同碼……這讓人怎麼穿，這是我住這麼多酒店來第一次遇到酒店服務這麼拉胯的……戴斯這麼大一家酒店都不能確保每個房間都有一至兩雙涼拖鞋供房客洗澡……而且當天也沒有滿房吧就沒有拖鞋了，也是讓人挺無語的

家人春節出行，酒店設施很新，五星服務，乾淨衞生，每層電梯口都備了礦泉水和小糖果，小朋友也送了免費早餐，房間還有小吧枱的驚喜，洗漱間也做了日式隔離，太方便了，晚上還送了水果和牛奶，讓我們賓至如歸，酒店做到這個品質，急客人之所急、想客人之所想！必須好評！
