This was our second visit and on this occasion we stayed 3 nights. Our bedroom was large, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Our breakfasts and evening meals were delicious- all the food is of restaurant quality. All the bread and ice creams were home made. We unfortunately ran out of petrol while we were there and Carolyn very kindly offered to run us to Alnwick instead of us paying for a taxi. In the end she provided us with petrol to get us to the garage. We are looking forward to being able to return.

We had a twin room which had really comfy beds and pillows. Huge room and bathroom suite with large bath and separate shower cubicle. Great breakfast. Beautiful garden view from bedroom window. Best bnb we have stayed in for a long time. Very happy. Super helpful and kind host.

We stayed overnight. It is a beautiful Georgian house . We had a very comfortable stay . The breakfast was delicious and we received a very warm welcome .Full marks. The house is situated just outside Alnwick , a magnificent and historical part of England. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rock Moore House for a luxury stay

We stayed at Rock Moor House on New Years Eve as we had a wedding locally and had a wonderful stay. They were so flexible with all our timings and we especially loved the delicious breakfast. Carolyn was especially kind in posting an item to me that I had accidentally left behind - she was so communicative and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Had a superb 2 nights at Rock Moor House and can't recommend it enough. Bedroom was lovely and the bed was the comfiest I have ever had away from home. Breakfast was just fabulous - lots of options to suit everybody. Will definitely be back again next visit to Northumbria.

Really lovely bed and breakfast. We stayed due to attending a wedding locally so didn't fully utilise facilities during our stay but nonetheless we were impressed with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable (noisy bed only complaint) and the breakfast was wonderful. Vegan diner was very well accommodated for. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose

Beds are comfortable, bathroom was roomy and well equipped. Fluffy towels. Toilet a bit low. Breakfast was very good. Loads of choice including full English, salmon bagel, eggs Benedict and omelette. All freshly cooked. Also loads of fresh fruit, breads, joghurt and so many different cereals and muesli. A lovely guest livingroom.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Excellent breakfast, relaxing atmosphere, clean spacious and comfortable room. The house is in a good position for trips to the coast etc and is situated in its own grounds making for a quiet location. Caroline is very welcoming and informal. We ate in the house 4 of the 5 nights that we were there and were well pleased with the quality and value for money of the evening meals.
