Bedroom two has a king, tv, large closet and the loft has an additional futon and queen. Living room has a queen air mattress Walking distance to wild garlic and coffee bar, 5 min drive to casinos, midtown and the freeway. Brand new 7 person hot tub, large porch and fenced yard. Garage newly completed!! Pool table, sauna, shower, shuffle board, multi game table. Two car parking in and out of the garage for a total of 4 spots. New hvac!! House does have lots of stairs!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No glass, smoking or food near or in the hot tub!!!
