洲際旗下的，環境不錯，房間也大，打掃的很乾凈，和旁邊的洲際共用公共設施，擺渡車也很方便，適合不喜歡太吵鬧的。管家豆豆服務很好，有什麼要求跟管家説就行。帶孩子來的，很多親子項目，水世界、遊樂園、開心農場、真人CS，遛娃輕鬆，孩子也開心，總體來説是不錯的體驗。

很差，服務員完全不在狀態，服務態度和意識都有很大的問題，工作不積極主動。酒店保養也很差，設施陳舊，衞生也不好。早餐完全拉誇，吃的也糟糕。最搞笑的是，申請延遲退房到2點，冷漠的回答不行。注意：我不是覺得不能延遲有多大問題，而是酒店冷漠的回答了句不行，讓我大感意外。

衞生：被子上有血有血有血有血，血是最臟的，太噁心了。
打電話要新的被子居然沒有，衹要被套也沒有！入住率高也不是藉口吧，這個檔次的酒店連沒有血的被子都沒有！
服務：被子都沒有，也沒有道歉，還談什麼服務呢。除了擺渡車沒有禮賓服務，房間分散在不同樓棟，石子路不平，如果行李多的很不方便。
環境：硬件設施還行，裝修還不錯，房間夠大，周圍風景也還行，黑龍灘旁邊露營方便。

非常不滿意的一次入住體驗，預訂的時候在洲際和英迪格里選擇了英迪格，一方面相對新一點，另一方面以為價格更高體驗會更好，入住發現英迪格衹能算是洲際的附屬酒店，健身房泳池等配套都沒有，想使用需要去洲際，早餐説是入住率太低衹能去洲際吃，距離也不算近，考慮到出門比較早想後兩天換去洲際也不可以，酒店前台基本看不到人，退房的時候也沒人，竟然説是還沒上班。酒店用的洗漱用品也不行，和其他地區的洲際沒法比，這樣還要近八百一晚，太失望了

最差的入住體驗！管理極其混亂！竟然會出現一房兩住！不聯繫不確認，直接把放在房裡的行李打包拿走！提供的床圍擋質量差，半夜倒掉，小孩直接摔到地上哇哇哭！房間裏連一個手提袋都沒有。絕不會再入住了！

定了兩間房，雙床房的地毯下面很臟，還有婚禮留下的亮片，清潔不到位。另外大床房迷你吧衹有一瓶啤酒，電話致電前台反饋後補齊。客房查房也有點粗心哈。管家Maky服務貼心，住店期間一直有温馨提醒。自助早餐菜品較為豐富，早餐還收到了一盒堅果。麪檔的姐姐很熱情問候。
