房屋家電齊全，不用害怕照騙，房間裏很多綠植，沒有異味，怕燒水壺不乾淨的也有飲水機，房東會給免費停車位。
衞生有點問題，床上還有很多頭髮，被子看起來也臟臟的，三張床，衹有兩套被套，桌子上也是灰塵。
