I didn't select breakfast so I was not allowed to use even Microwave or water refill. Other than that staff was very supportive, clean rooms, all good.

You'd better go to another hotel. One of the worst I've seen. Bad smells, very poor quality, and terrible service. They're inflexible and tend to take your pre-booking money whenever they can. There are much better hotels in Reus and nearby; it's better to go somewhere else.

Highly inadvisable hotel. We went for a youth sports competition, and some classmates were refused entry because their 15-year-old son had forgotten his ID. They showed it to them digitally, and they refused to give any reason to return the money and kicked them out. They looked for another hotel, which obviously understood the situation. The street-facing rooms are also very noisy, the heating switch was broken, and the entrance floor was wet and very slippery. We have to go back to Salou, but I'll stay at any hotel but this one.

L'hôtel est dans un quartier qui est sale et peu rassurant. J'ai juste réservé pour une nuit et tant mieux. J'avais pris cet hôtel car il était indiqué qu'il y avait un parking effectivement il y a un parking souterrain à 5 € la nuit. Le personnel était très gentil. Nous avions une chambre côté rue je ne sais pas s'il y avait des doubles vitrages mais l'hôtel est situé dans une rue très passante énormément de circulation très bruyant pensez à demander chambre de l'autre côté car ça a été compliqué pour pouvoir dormir. Les chambres sont assez vétustes au niveau du mobilier, il n'y a pas assez de prise, la literie était inconfortable mais les draps étaient propres et sentaient bon. La salle de bain était également propre. Nous avons payé 117 € la nuit pour 3 je trouve ça très cher pour un hôtel situé en Espagne et qui plus est il n'y a pas de qualité. Le niveau rapport qualité-prix n'est pas du tout là. Il y a un McDonald's au bout de la rue et un supermarché à 300 mètres de l'hôtel

Las fotos del hotel no se corresponden en nada a la realidad, la recepcionista una de ellas no fue muy amable. Maria si fue muy amable. Las camas lo peor, y un olor de ambientador muy fuerte, no se podia estar en la habitación. Las toallas sucias. No entiendo como esa cadena eurostar de hoteles tienen ese hotel con 3 estrellas que deberia ser de 2 estrellas. Una experiencia muy mala. No hay bar tampoco.

El peor hotel que he estado en toda mi vida, es un hotel que en gran parte está destinado a refugiados del Senegal, cuando se hace la reserva no lo indican, están por los pasillos y entrada haciendo mucho mucho ruido, un desastre lo malo es que pagas un precio que para nada reúne las expectativas de un hotel para disfrutar
