I stayed at Hotel Filderhof Reutlingen between February 3rd and 4th. I checked in at 15:30 on February 3rd and left at 9:30 on February 4th after calling and saying that I left my hotel card. I went to Stuttgart Airport at 12:00 on the same day and returned to my country with my flight at 16:30. The hotel claims that I stayed for two nights and paid for 1 night by sending a message. I was in Germany for 1 day but I achieved the impossible by staying at the this hotel for 2 nights. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and experienced many problems but I have never experienced such a problem. If you are going to stay here, you should accept their philosophy of double or nothing.

It’s not really a hotel. There are 14 very clean bare rooms. No reception. No people. No food or drink. No one to look after your luggage. Just an emergency telephone number which they don’t always answer. As a single woman I did not feel that safe. The tv didn’t work. There was no side light by the bed to make it feel cosy. There’s no café nearby. But it is very clean.
