This is an amazing hotel in the quiet surroundings that takes your breath away. It's very close to Ludvic's Linderhof. It has a large parking a lovey wellness area with a pool and saunas. The rooms are amizing, all in wood that really suits the surroundings. The bed was comfortable, the shower engenously placed. Staff are amazingly friendly and speak several languages. Breakfast was delicious, everything you could want was on offer. I highly reccomend staying here.

Clearly understaffed and badly managed. Staff is doing the best it can, most of them friendly some obviously frustrated. The housekeeping staff was verry friendly and took the time to leave towelart. A la carte restaurant was closed for some reason during our stay and diner was buffet in 2 shifts. Each evening was a bullrun on the buffet. Unless something is done about the management, staff and a la carte restaurant we will not be returning, altough being customer for many years.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Plansee und der Rewutte, aber dennoch mitten in den Wäldern. Das Hotel hat ein modernes, aber sehr gemütliches Design. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet Platz für 3 Personen. Das Badezimmer ist komplett, könnte aber etwas größer sein. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, das Frühstück war allerdings besser. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sorgen für die Entspannung nach einem Skitag. Der Ski- und Schuhraum ist der beste, den wir je gesehen haben. Lediglich ein Punkt überschattet den Bericht und verhindert, dass das Hotel die Höchstpunktzahl erhält. Die Check-out-Zeit ist zu früh (10:00 Uhr) und außerdem gibt es sonntags morgens weder Sauna noch Pool. Dennoch ist es gut möglich, dass wir wiederkommen.

+ Neues Hotel + Top Lage in einsamen Tal nahe Plansee + große Zimmer (EZ wie DZ), nur ist das Bad viel zu klein + gutes Frühstück + Kostenloses Parken und E-Laden - Anmeldeprozess an Rezeption total aufwändig (jeder Gast muss eigene Daten selber im Tablet eingeben, als Familie dann alle Personen einzeln, führt zu langen Warteschlangen beim Einchecken) - Betten ohne Lattenrost unbequem (scheint ein Federmatratze zu sein) und Decken/Kissen sehr einfach ohne Federfüllung - Schwimmbad hat Ausstrahlung der 70er Jahre von Fliesen und ist extrem klein - Bar im Keller hat Hallencharakter, total ungemütlich - Abendessen gut, aber beim Menü gab es dreimal hintereinander Bandnudeln...
