I must strongly recommend this hotel!!! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff, Ms. Susana, was very enthusiastic and helped me solve the problem of staying in the room for two consecutive nights. In addition, if you sign up for a tour group in Iceland, this hotel is right at the door of the pick-up point. When it rains, we can get off the bus and go back to the hotel directly. It feels so good☺️ Mainly, the entire hotel and the room are very clean and tidy, and the hot water does not have the smell of rotten egg water in Iceland. The quality of the breakfast is very high. The location of the hotel is acceptable, only a quarter of an hour's walk from Rainbow Street. We booked a family room for three days, and the indoor area was quite large. The front desk took a long time to check in, and gave me a room number of 444. I asked the front desk guy if I could change it, and he said no option without thinking. He said that the rooms were occupied. I was very angry and showed him Booking/Ctrip and asked him what rooms were being sold on the platform? Then he said, come back in an hour. Very dissatisfied with this service. The breakfast was not bad, but there were too many people diners. There were groups of European and American senior citizens, and the place was crowded with people.

Room clean and tidy, quite a big room for three people. Staff helped fold our clothes which was nice. Good location, near the meeting points of tours, and even one could pick us up in front of the hotel! Brilliant breakfast with various kinds of food. Had an enjoyable stay here!

The location is a bit hard to find. There is a road under construction nearby, and the navigation is not very useful. I walked around for several times after dark on the first day I arrived. However, there is an underground parking lot, and you can check in first. You need a room card to swipe the door of the underground garage. There is a Xiaozhu supermarket nearby, which is only a two or three minute walk away. It is very close and convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, which is actually quite good.

At the airport, you can get the bus ticket from the city, pick up the shuttle ticket to and from the hotel, take the flight time to the hotel, transfer the car to the hotel in the city center, arrive at the hotel at 2 am, and have the front desk service. The hotel is very close to the center. Nearly, the room is really too small, there is no place to open the trunk, even the bathroom door is adjustable in size, the water is really slow, there is a little bit of sulfur, basically can not smell, breakfast is very simple Western I only took the eggs and bananas. The one-day car can be picked up by the hotel, which is very convenient! This price is actually more expensive than Hilton, so decisively stay for one night for a place
