The location is a bit far from the city center, but you can reach it by bus. The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. The facility is clean, but the room was tiny. It does not have a work table, and it is a bit troublesome. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast is very general...not many types...good hotel location...just near the old port... parking is not too convenient if you are driving...the doorway is in the road...no hotel Dedicated parking spaces can only be parked on weekends. Weekend parking is not charged. From Monday to Friday, parking fees will be charged from 9 am to Friday.

We had an extremely pleasant stay and will definitely consider this hotel again the next time. Great location, friendly staff and the room had everything we needed. The free coffee & tea in the lobby was a very nice touch too, especially in a city as expensive as Reykjavik! I also appreciated that guests are giving the opportunity to opt out of room cleaning and are given a drink voucher for the hotel bar in return.

For East Asians, a true ”hotel” with complete services and equipment is still very good. Parking is right at the door, which is more convenient. It is some distance from the city center attractions, so it is not convenient for self-driving tourists.

Google map didn’t show the right entrance and it took me a while to get in finally. I was put in the back building and there was a half floor between the 2 and 3, I needed to carry my heavy luggage myself. Breakfast was good for winter Dec morning. The phone in my room didn’t work. Location is convenient.

I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

The owner was very helpful when the airport luggage was lost. I was allowed my room early so I could start my process and then offered to add his number incase luggage would be delivered when I was away or asleep

I booked a deluxe room for five days in order to stay in a more spacious room. It was stated that it was 30 square meters, but it felt very small. It was not easy to open the suitcase if it was big. It felt like the bathroom and useless foyer were used in the room. It is recommended to book an ordinary superior room. The hotel is a green hotel and it will be cleaned only if we ask for it, so we made the request once. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is the same every day, but the quality is very good. The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the cathedral and the concert hall, which is convenient for watching the New Year's Eve fireworks. There are also many restaurants around. The tourist bus pick-up and drop-off stations No. 2 and 3 are only a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient.

The hotel is pretty good, and you can walk to the main street, but! If you drive yourself, it's not very convenient. You need to find parking near the hotel by yourself. It's in the P1 area, and you have to check every three hours. It's really troublesome and expensive. It costs more than 300 yuan a day. There is no car around the hotel, and you have to drag the suitcases here. Ugh.
