Prasonisi Villas

Very well designed villa equiped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your well deserved vacation. The villas (Romeo and Juliette) are owned and run by Stamatis and Chryssa. Two very friendly engineers who have put their heart and soul in designing and maintaining the two villa’s and it shows. Great hospitality on arrival with a basket of local products. Support offered on anything you’d like. Located in a very quite area, but on walking distance from Kattavia, where you can do your grocery shopping (this supermarket really contributes to the whole experience) or just have a drink and watch time passing by. Also close (by car) to visit Prasonisi beach to enjoy kite and/or windsurfing, or just read a book. Very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed here for 7 nights with a big family: 2 adults with 4 children aged 16, 14 and 12. All had a great time being there and we regularly talk about how nice it was in Villa Romeo, one of the 2 Prasonisi Villa’s. It’s one of those places where you want to return to...

Villa Juliette has been the best villa we have stayed in. The location is in unspoilt countryside and 10 minutes from Prasonisi beach and a 3 minute walk to the local village of Kattavia where there are a handful of restaurants and 2 supermarkets.. The uninterrupted view from the terrace is beautiful. The pool and sun loungers were lovely and the garden very attractive. We spent most days visiting beaches in the morning and back for lunch and we barbecued most evenings. We loved prasonisi beach and walked to the lighthouse on Prasonisi island. We also visited Fourni beach on the west coast and enjoyed the surf and pounding waves. Glystra beach was completely different and offered a quiet cove with great snorkelling...but everyday, you could find a beach and virtually be the only one on it! The villa catered for all culinary needs and the fittings top quality. The bedrooms were of a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were all very sad to leave. Stamatis and Chrysa were attentive hosts and were readily on hand if there were any queries. The personally greeted us on arrival and were there to see us off at the end. All in all a superb holiday

We were the first guest to stay in the new Panormitis Villa. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and Stamatis and Chrysa waited for us late at night to welcome us. The villa is very beautiful and well equipped .We set to have a relaxing holiday and we certainly did that. The villa is in a small village Kattavia which is very welcoming and the people are warm. The villa is near Prasonisi beach which is very beautiful.

We stayed in Villa Juliette for the first two weeks of June this year. We were met by Stamatis & Chrysa who were very friendly and welcomed us to their beautiful villa. The villa was very clean and well equipped and set in a very quite location with unbroken views of fields and mountains. The pool was lovely and very clean and perfect to relax around. The BBQ was a great addition and once again very clean and ready to use. We would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for complete relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

As always, a lovely holiday at Stamatis and Chrysas Villa. This is how comfort works. Good beds, nice bathrooms and a kitchen with nothing missing. The pool and outdoor area are meticulously maintained. We can only recommend this villa.
