Experiência maravilhosa, que recomendo vivamente. Todas as comodidades possíveis disponíveis. Piscina interior e ginásio abertos 24h, copo de vinho do porto como bebida de boas vindas, simpatia dos profissionais :)

Até ao que parecia, seria uma ótima estadia.
No entanto um hotel muito comercial, nada focado no que é um 5 estrelas onde podemos contar com o melhor serviço.
Não recomendo, sobretudo o jantar.
Pouco profissionalismo e um preço excessivo relativo aos vinhos. Existe muitas opções no Douro, mas esta não recomendo.

Instalações ótimas. Fomos com regime de meia pensão. E não compensa. Depois de conhecer os valores, teríamos pago menos pelo jantar se o pagássemos no dia.
Fomos no fim-de-semana e o Hotel estava cheio. É uma unidade hoteleira grande e não gostamos da experiência sob esse ponto de vista.
O objetivo é relaxar e ter uma experiência diferente, mas acabamos por ter que esperar para entrar no banho turco, à sauna e às piscinas tornou-se inviável, pois pareciam as piscinas municipais.
cheias de gente. Sobre o staff, as meninas do restaurante e do pequeno-almoço (que são as mesmas) são muito prestáveis e simpáticas. O mesmo já não se pode dizer do pessoal da receção. Pouca vontade em ajudar em coisas tão simples, como emprestar um mero carregador de telefone, facilmente resolvido pelo staff da sala de jantar.
Em suma, é um hotel com condições, mas que eu se torna muito confuso estando cheio, algo que acredito que seja recorrente ao fim de semana.

Pequeno almoço bom! O espaço do spa é bom mas com muitas pessoas torna-se pequeno. Tbm fomos num fim-de-semana em que muita gente estava de férias. Só tivemos pena de não terem mostrado interesse em arranjar uma opção vegan para jantar quando perguntamos na receção se tinham opções vegan. Mesmo depois termos visto no menu que existam opções vegan…
