I had an unpleasant experience with this structure for a reservation made in this structure never seen in which (our mistake!) we got the wrong date of stay. Instead of staying on the last weekend of August, the right date we should have stayed, we mistakenly booked for the end of September. Upon arrival in Riccione, we contacted the property by telephone and realized that the booking had been made by us as said for the end of September...so exactly one month later. Apologizing for the inconvenience other than to return home we asked not to charge *********** the cost of the suite (among other things certainly not cheap!) considering the early cancellation deadline due to the incorrect booking of September, a period among other things that we absolutely would not have needed for our stay. We spoke with several people who were apparently courteous and willing to please us...and GUARANTEEING that we would not be charged for the room. But then the September date arrived we had the charge on my partner's credit card. Contacted again to understand the reason for this charge, we were treated with little friendliness and courtesy by a lady whose name I honestly don't even remember but I remember with certainty that she was the same one who had guaranteed the non-charge considering our mistake. Having said that, it's not the 150/200 euros that change our lives...probably they do...but I would carefully recommend improving customer services especially in terms of correctness and courtesy, fundamental characteristics which, beyond the structure...make the DIFFERENCE.
