Clean, well located, spacious rooms and comfy. Check-in was very quick and checkout aswell. We had complimentary water for our road trip.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Only issue we encountered was with parking availability. There is a restaurant and pub onsite and parking is limited and used by anyone visiting. We had to park on the road on a couple of nights before moving the car inside the property once a parking opened up. There was a security guard monitoring, but it was a bit inconvenient having to go out late at night to move the car. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable, with very friendly front desk staff.

We booked a room due to construction being done at our home. We have stayed at the ridge before knowing we would have a good stay we booked again and to our dissatisfaction we could not manage. The room was dusty which irritated our sinus as soon as we walked in. We had left with hopes of finding another hotel unfortunately everywhere was fully booked so we went back. We could not sleep throughout the entire night due to dust from the room. We left the hotel at 6am.

As a ZF sales representative, I travel extensively across Africa and have stayed in numerous guest houses and hotels. However, I found Burnham House to be the most welcoming and comfortable of them all. Your guest house did not have the typical commercial feel; instead, it felt like I was at home or visiting family or a good friend. I also want to extend my congratulations to your staff. Jeanet and her team went out of their way to make my visit as comfortable as possible and truly made me feel at home. I will gladly recommend Burnham House to all my colleagues, friends, and family. The Ridge is well managed and the staff are very friendly and deliver great service. It is well located near the lagoon with lovely views. The room was excellent with nice bathroom facilities. The breakfast served was delicious and very reasonably priced.
