The service is good in general. However, we met the strike during our stay so that the cleaning was only done once upon request. To compensate the situation, free breakfast was offered to us.

When I checked in at 23:00 on 20/6, the receptionist's attitude was very cold, which was totally unlike the service of a hotel. The service for a room of 2,000 yuan needs improvement!

Richmond's best value hotel. Excellent location, walking distance to several restaurants and not too far from the sky train station. The room is quite tidy and the staff is friendly and friendly.

The ladies at the front desk were indifferent and had bad attitudes. I couldn't use my room card when I returned to the hotel for two days in a row and had to go to the front desk to change the card. The kettle was broken and the front desk lady said that the hotel must have it to replace it, otherwise it cannot be replaced. I will avoid Sheraton in the future. It was a very uncivilized experience!
