The location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

I was very disappointed about having to wait for 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport! Also, the breakfast was not served on time! We missed it because the staff showed up late for work and were just starting to put the food out. This place definitely is not managed properly. I would not want to stay at this place again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There are lots of restaurants around and other shops at walking distance. The sky train is about a 12 minutes walk away. The hotel offers shuttle service to airport at no extra charge.

The location was a little bit far from some destinations luckily you can use their airport transfers to go in and out the hotel. Their tv is old, not much entertainment. You have to go down and ask for toothpaste which it should be given on your arrival. Staffs at the counter was okay, one was a little grumpy. The driver was really nice and friendly.

Nice area
Very convenient as lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Price is good and room is big with two queen beds.

Very bad experience. Overcharged. A few skeptical things happened as follow:
1, I booked the room in mid-Sept for my elderly parents and I pre-paid HKD 3770.65 (equivalent to CAD 670) for their 3 nights stay in October. Non-refundable.
After their stay, they were shown a hotel copy of the receipt for CAD 499.76. But I paid CAD 670.
2, When they checked-in one day early and needed one more night, they were charged CAD 218 for a room. After I was informed, I checked Trip.com an available room of the same grade should be CAD 148. My elderly parents were sold under false information.

Very good hotel with a very beautiful view ! I forgot my iPhone in the room. They. Sent a clerk driving to airport to meet me with my iPhone. I didn’t miss my plane. Thanks a lot.
