About a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues.

It's a general B&B, not an inn like the photos shown by it, which may disguise the tourists somehow. If you've got enough money and wants to visit other places in Vancouver, I don't recommend B&B those with inadequate facilities inside the room without hairdryer, mugs, teapot and microwave.

The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining.
It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit.
I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city.
The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use.
It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.

Guests arriving late at night should never book this hotel.
I arrived at 11:30 PM and called, but they didn't answer and I ended up staying at a different hotel. This is the first time I've ever traveled to a place with such poor service... I really want to give it a 0 star rating, but it's a shame I can't. The neighborhood is also located at a family home where locals stay, so it's very scary if you arrive early in the morning...
