We arrived in the hotel at around 11pm,
The lobby looks so dark and *******,
Even on our way to our rooms looks creepy and *******.
There were no free bottled waters,
Vending machines were empty that we have to go yo another building just to buy some water.
Receptionist even advise us to just use the tap water from the faucet!!
Room’s smell is gross, especially the curtains bot from the room and the bathroom!

Good hotel clean good location..! But they have a problem with air conditioning.. the rooms are too hot and they won’t fix it all they do is give you a fan . If hallways are hot. Only the reception is cooling nice for the workers.

It could use some better attention to details. Broken faucet was taped together with electricians tape. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. I informed the front desk.

Need to request the room clean service by ourselves before 11am everyday. No complementary bottle water. No shower cap. No cup provided in the restroom. As a 4 stars hotel, disappointed!!!
