The room is very clean, the facilities are complete, and the service attitude is good. Because there was a bit of noise outside the window of the reserved room, we changed the room to a quieter one after communicating, and at the same time, we were charged 10 Canadian dollars less.

The room is quite big, near the airport, with airport drop-off service. There is a large outlet mall next to it, about a 10-minute walk. It is a little far to go to Richmond for dinner, about 15-20 minutes' walk.

We had reminded the front desk that we need to refresh the room we came back from downtown found that our room was not made so had to go out again and insisted our room had to be cleaned irregardless as we woke up later than usual time to put the cleaning label outside the door. Finally , the cleaning is done. This is basic need, glad it was finally done when we came back from dinner. Room is nice and spacious. Facilities is good and the microwave oven in the room was brilliant. Coffee maker was just too small. Coffeemaker for two cups would have been better.

The room was nice. This is my second time here. The room rate was much cheaper than the first time. The hotel was very clean. I stayed in a business suite with decent space. However, Canadian hotels do not provide slippers, so you need to prepare them yourself. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many restaurants nearby. The Chinese food in Richmond is the best in the world. It is really great.
