My go to rental My son relocated to Richmond for a job so we make frequent trips to visit. I love staying here and booked my next stay before I checked out! Great value for such wonderful accommodations.

Repeat customers This was at least our 3rd stay this year. My daughter graduated from EKU and we have been staying here the past 3.5 years when we visit. Clean, easy check in, spacious, and comfortable. Andrew let me know I left my coat behind, and got it back to me. Thanks so much!!!

Great spot, walkable to downtown Richmond 4 identical layout units, 2 up - 2 Down. Superbly decorated with real furniture, no IKEA stuff. Live plants throughout are a nice touch. If I had a student at ECU and came on the regular, this would be my go-to, no question. Stayed 4 nights, walked downtown for dinner and drinks every night. We will be back.

Always feels like home Second stay this year, but not the last. We’ll be returning for graduation weekend in Dec. We’ve stayed here when in town several times a year for the past 3 years. Always a delight, quiet and clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice place Nice apartment. Loved the whole space. One suggestion would be to provide parking instructions. Also to note how to enter the apartments from the back stairs.
