There is a lot of hair on the sheets and also on my ***** area. There is no hot water. The reception told me that I could take a shower, but there was no hot water. When I wanted a refund, they told me that third parties cannot refund. After 2 hours of communication, we finally got a refund. No apology was given. Whoever lives there will be unlucky
