I don't know where to start! I put one star because I can't put zero! The apartment is certainly tastefully furnished but it's just appearance!!!!!! The staff is incompetent and rude. We arrived at 3pm and called to receive the room code to check in and they answered after a series of calls and messages blocking our phone while I was still talking. At 3pm I was supposed to receive the room key and I waited until 3:20pm on the street and under the rain. The bed was too uncomfortable and after 4 nights my back is broken in two, not to mention the terrible pillows. During the stay we had a problem and no one answered! I do not recommend this place
