positives: lovely modern hotel, well kept and staff are friendly and welcoming. mini fridge and other amenities in spacious room. hotel is greatly located close to centre and good value for money. strong internet for remote working.
negatives: club/karaoke bar underneath hotel which can be loud at night (friday/saturday) made the walls vibrate and caused a bad nights sleep.

Renovated old hotel, cleanliness is average. The front desk service attitude is super good, smiling and polite.
Breakfast can be done without wasting calories, even the coffee is not up to standard. Anyway, eating out is also very cheap.
I was shocked by the wall-mounted hair dryer, it is difficult to use it to blow dry long hair
