Very heartwarming experience, highly recommended! The pick-up driver had smooth communication and was enthusiastic to help with luggage delivery; the hotel lobby manager was particularly caring and thoughtful, and turned on the air conditioning and oxygen supply for us in advance. Knowing that we were late, he also specially asked to prepare afternoon tea for us. He was warm and made the guests feel at home! Facilities: A little old, the room was very warm, but it would be better to add a bathroom heater to the bathroom of the king-size bed room on the north side. The best hotel in Shigatse, the room hygiene service is very good. Special mention to Kerry, who was very attentive from the beginning of check-in, and even served as a local guide and took us to the Qudeng** Glacier. On the day of departure, he also helped to order a courier. It feels like home. Hilton will be my first choice next time I go to Shigatse
