Very kind staff, clean and quite large room, spacious bathroom with everything you need free of charge. Very nice and practical swimming pool on the fifth floor for spending a relaxing afternoon. Nothing to say, beautiful hotel, every time we go to Rimini we always stay there.

4 star hotel in name and in fact. It proved to be up to the renowned hospitality that distinguishes Romagna, very clean and well organised. All the staff from the reception, the restaurant to the cleaners, very kind and helpful to our needs. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in the Royal) with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed, and quiet rooms. Abundant breakfast, both international and sweet, with excellent homemade cakes, as well as the classic croissants. Excellent location, around the corner there are all services, shops, supermarkets, piadinerias and restaurants. Very close to the beach and seafront. Convenient and close (200 m) to the metromare, to get around without touching the car. If I really have to find a flaw, for those who do not use the internal parking, in the busiest periods it is difficult to find parking nearby, due only to the large number of people, certainly not due to the lack of the structure.

The staff proved to be very kind and competent. New Year's Eve was enlivened by pleasant background music. The kitchen is very pleasant and the rooms are very comfortable.
