We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults & 1 Kid - 5 Years) and this was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, however hotel didn't receive this information but only confirmed booking for 2 adults. When asked to provide the extra bedding for kid, hotel simply refused because they received booking request for 2 adults only.
The staff was busy and short of people on new year eve.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family and I found the service in the room terrible and poor. The waitress was very rude. On the other hand the chef was very helpful. It is not worth three stars. Poor room cleaning. One star rating

Breakfast below expectations, absolutely inadequate for a three-star hotel. Totally lacking organization in distributing meals and dinner by the staff. I will not return. The only positive note is the chef who cooks really well.

Structure a bit dated, facing the sea. The east side parking lot is poorly maintained and not asphalted, as well as the external part on the west side would need more attention for dancing evenings or in any case relaxation after meals. The rooms (ours was a superior with a large balcony) are small and not taking advantage of the height with specific furniture, the bed takes up almost the entire room; 2-door wardrobe old and small. Good shower significantly large, but the toilet does not have the necessary space in front of the seat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are normal for quality and quantity. Structure that accepts dogs (we brought our Labrador) but does not have spaces dedicated to them. Last note on the balcony, large but with windows that do not allow the view of the sea while seated ... truly a shame.

Hotel for four-legged friends accompanied by family. Not suitable for families with small children without furry friends. Room found clean but with hair in the bed and in the closet and in the bathroom. Towels with stains. Shower with water leaking. Very helpful staff. Food good to the palate but lounge where you could eat too crowded with people (difficult to access with stroller). Beach service sold by hotel but integrated on site because there was no product availability.

Hotel in an excellent position facing the sea I stayed in this hotel for just one night with my family in October 2022 The service of the owner was impeccable Pity about the reception employee who, having mistaken me for another guest, offended me by telling me that I had to be careful as I booked because breakfast was not included in my stay without asking my surname!!!!! I would never have written a negative review but these things in a hotel should not happen at least before accepting the person you are talking to. Another negative note was the cleaning .. the shower was dirty especially the shower head and on the floor or found hair I really think I will never go back to this structure
