This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated. So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff. Improvement: the breakfast is the same every day. Since is a small hotel also the breakfast is not too varied. So a little variation will make it more attractive. Also, there are no olives. Italy is famous for the quality and variety of olives, use this advantage!

The hotel is nice, looks new, has a close position to the sea, has parking, good breakfast. It has also a nice heated terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they make your day. We had a room in the loft wich is like a mountain cottage and we were lucky to also have snow that day. We had an amazing stay being in transit. Service is 5 stars.

I stayed there for the Rimini Marathon. Very nice, some details of the rooms show that it is not very recent, but the structure is kept with order and cleanliness. The employees have always been very kind and available for all our needs. The price seemed reasonable to me for the service provided.

I recommend this hotel for its great location on the seafront and the panoramic view of the beach suites . The hotel offers every comfort and all the staff is always helpful and kind. Varied and abundant buffet and elegant and well furnished rooms. I've been going to it for years and I always come back willingly, because it feels like home.

We stayed in this very nice hotel located in an excellent position as across the street there is an excellent artisan ice cream shop, pharmacy, a super-stocked minimarket and a newsstand. Our room located on the second floor was very spacious with an armchair, a small balcony with table and chairs without a view, however, and a bathroom with a very large shower. Present in the bathroom the courtesy set and the hairdryer with a special bag, very large wardrobe with drawers. we stayed in the bed and breakfast formula, very abundant in both savory and sweet products, delicious cakes, assorted brioches, rusks, jams and finally I did not find those horrible automatic coffee machines. I requested a lactose-free cappuccino and it was made without the usual soy or rice milk but made with lactose-free milk. The only flaw in my opinion the industrial fruit juices really undrinkable. The swimming pool is beautiful, even if small, which allows you to have aperitifs and breakfasts in the surrounding area. Presence of parking. Upon departure I requested a bottle of water which was very kindly offered to me and we made use of the shared facilities which were very clean. highly recommend
