We stay at Villa Dulce Sueños every year and the staff is always super welcoming and friendly. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It's conveniently located with the beach within walking distance. We expect to be be back in 2025 and beyond.

My family and I stayed at Villas Dulce Suenos from April 21 to April 25. The hotel check-in personnel were very pleasant and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and has a warm family atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My only concern is there is no pool handrail to enter or exit the pool. My mother-in-law slipped and broke her wrist while she was exiting the pool, also the area between the kid's splash area and the main pool has missing tiles and several of my small cousins scraped their knees and legs on the jagged pieces. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely return but do hope some small adjustments can be made to the pool for everyone's safety.

in excellent reception I was in 104 for two no hot water because of what I reported and with great kindness they told me that they would check the same with the refrigerator leaking water the stove leaking I had to saw the gas key all the way back but they don't care about the rate From the bathroom, water was thrown from the bottom, the curtain and the bathroom were disgusting. I don't recommend this place, not even as a joke. Disgusting. I found bedbugs in the bed. I was there from May 17 to the 19th. I'm going to make a repo to health.

The hotel is NOTHING like the photographs they show, old, dirty and poorly maintained, it smells bad. If you go on vacation, spend a little more and stay in something better. They do not accept credit cards. Not a good start to vacation we left the next day.
