We stayed at the Casablanca resort in Guayabitos for 7 days. We chose this hotel from their website. However their website contained some pics that are not current. It’s was a PLEASANT surprise when we arrived! It’s better in person! Open floor plan to lobby and check in and right through the main open lobby to the pool and restaurant and the beach! It’s right on the BEACH! Includes a great complimentary breakfast daily. I’ll include pics of that. Room was great AC worked perfectly. ALL staff were great. We met one of the owners who was having breakfast with his family when we were there. I did relay to him that it was #1 with us! We will be back! Biggest pool at the Casablanca Resort in Guayabitos that’s right on the beach!

Beautiful resort, but the showers are freezing cold ! No hot water ! Breakfast is good .A warm shower would be great ! Beach is nice ,no lounge chairs so the chairs are uncomfortable .biggest complaint no hot water. Friendly, good service ,would definitely come back if there is hot water or just warm

A hotel that is beautifully right on the beach. Its a little tired but the staff does a good job. Rooms are basic and bedding (as often in Mexico) is minimal. But staff brought us extra pillows and blankets on request. Breakfast is included and very good. Unfortunately no activities at all in the hotel. No bar etc. (there is a swim up bar in the pool but it is on the shadow side and just a bit to cold to hang out at) This is a typical "seniors" place with many returning guests. You better be 70+ to fit in :)

If there was a 3 1/2 I would give it that. Front Desk staff was very good. Included Breakfast had lots to offer. All staff did a very good job and worked very hard. Kitchen staff and maintenance etc were very good and very nice. Location is perfect. Great view on our 3rd floor room, the second floor room we were moved to had no view due to a tree in front of the deck. The kitchen could be updated considering we paid 175 cad per night. I didn’t give it full stars for a few reasons. Refrigerator needed to be replaced in both rooms we stayed in which was bit of an inconvenience. They need to only use the ones that work please.. i had the same broken white little fridge in the first room and also in the one we we moved to for the remainder of the holiday. Think they put that little leaking white fridge in every room of their not regular visitors for some reason? I had to throw some of my food away..which was disappointing. another issue was that i was overcharged for my room. I had my Mom come and stay with us for 3 days, was charged for the full week. Returned her card and let them know the moment she left. Have messaged them twice and have not received my refund or response in this matter. There were not enough chairs or loungers. There was a sewer smell coming from the sink area on my second floor room. I would stay here again if i receive a response to the overcharge on the room and if I was given a room with a working fridge on a higher floor. Otherwise, i will sadly have to try another place next year. I wish my experience at Casablanca had been a better one.

All the excellent attention The food is not even said 😋 My best option, without a doubt The pools, the very attentive security guards The beach is a pool, too quiet, there is a banana, Jet ski a lot of fun ☀️

A little more variety in food and desserts! Excellent cleanliness and staff attention. Very nice and elegant installation, entertaining activities, more atmosphere at night! The pool is a bit cold if they could fix that it would be perfect

La pasamos muy bien, buen servicio del personal del hotel, la habitación estaba muy limpia, la comida del restaurante la super recomiendo, los mariscos y los platillos fuertes sobre todo. Los niños igual se divirtieron mucho, vale la pena darse la vuelta.
