When we entered the hotel late at night, we couldn't find our appointment, so we had to pay again. Although the problem was solved later, the impression it left was too bad and I am still scared. I hope it won't happen again in the future.

Unfortunately I had booked the wrong Ibis, I actually wanted to book the Ibis near the Santo Dumont. I didn't like this ibis that much, but in the end I had to put up with it. The check in was excellent, I would particularly like to highlight the receptionist Jordan, very friendly and helpful. I wasn't entirely happy with the price of the breakfast, I've had higher quality hotels and the price for the breakfast there was much cheaper. In addition, the waitress named Isa was extremely unfriendly. All in all it was ok, but I'll be more careful with my next booking

Terrible, the elevators were very old, sometimes the elevator panel didn't work, they left us for a day and a half without air conditioning in the room even though we called 3 times to let them know, they didn't give us complete towels in the room, we called and we had to go down to Reception to ask, the old hotel, they have nothing, if you ask for something or for them to fix something, for everything they ask you to go down to the reception even though we were already reporting it by phone, they do not solve anything. We asked for a refund not on a whim but because the hotel and the service are terrible, you enter and say hello and they don't even respond to the greeting, all wrong.
