This was the worst experience I had with an accommodation ever! After taking the money, the owner didn't care anymore. At first the aircondition didn't work. I messaged him and didn't receive any answers. The next day a boy (part of his team) showed up at my door (luckily I was home, because I didn't get the information someone was coming!) to check on the aircon, which after that still didn't work, but I just gace up. The apartment is in a bad/very used condition. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. On my last day when I came back from town, the key broke inside the lock as I tried to lock up the door. This was around 6:30 PM. I immediately messaged the owner on the number from *********** and additionally on ***********, and again no answer. I was in distress because I didn't know what to do, couldn't get in and feared I had to sleep in the hallway if the building. All which I mentioned in my messages and all left unanswered by the owner! I then went down to the bar across the street, the owner helped me to call a key service and I could wait there. The key service cost me 40 Euros. The next day, still no answer from the owner. At 11 am the boy shows up again and asks why I didn't check out. I explained the situation, he talks to the owner who lets me know I must leave the apartment ASAP for cleaning and repair of the lock because they arw expecting new guests! I say, I want a refund for the key service, as I had to pay to get back in. No, I won't get any refund, was the answer from the very rude owner. If you book here, be sure to be treated with disrespect! Also, you won’t be able to rest, as the aircondition from the apartment underneath is super loud during the night and that's located right next to the bedroom window.
