It was the best hostel I stayed in on this vacation, Marta manages everything with great care, she is friendly, welcomes each guest very well and teaches how the accommodation works, single beds in a shared room with clean sheets delivered packaged to each guest, breakfast is delicious with all fresh bread, fruits, cold cuts, coffee, milk… lunchbox available for toasting bread, very efficient security system with cameras and automatic door. It's a friendly hostel, that is, the public is GLS, I stayed in the boys' room and it was very quiet. Clean bathroom and very well structured inside the room where we can feel free without problems with other people from other rooms invading.

‼️‼️‼️The service in general is BAD, I was shocked. Only one employee was kind, helpful and friendly. Mara... congratulations are in order. The place is well located but the bad management detonates it. That must be why the hostels around are full and available here. They should put Mara in charge of this business to see if this air of rudeness of employees changes, just going from one entrepreneur to another. After all, customer relationship is the soul of the business right .. ‼️‼️‼️‼️

A localização do hostel é excelente, a apenas uma quadra da praia de Ipanema, perto da estação de metrô e de alguns comércios. O hostel possui o que necessitamos numa estadia, como café da manhã satisfatório, um bom wi-fi, lockers, espaço de convivência e uma cozinha completa. Escadas, muitas escadas! Muito inclinadas! Como eu estava com um problema na perna esquerda, foi custoso enfrentá-las. O travesseiro é muito duro e alto, e me deu dores de cabeça. Acabei optando por enrolar o edredom e desprezar o travesseiro. Outra hóspede também reclamou disso. As roupas de cama inicialmente cedidas a mim estavam rasgadas, sendo que, imediatamente, solicitei a troca delas. Mesmo assim, as que vieram depois estavam bastante surradas e cheias de bolinhas. Ar condicionado fraquíssimo, nem parecia estar ligado à noite. As outras hóspedes de meu quarto eram muito mal educadas. Acendiam a luz, falavam alto e faziam muito barulho, mesmo quando havia outra pessoa dormindo. Detalhe: são estrangeiras, ou seja, não adianta dizer que somente brasileiro é mal educado. No mundo afora é bem pior.
