Everything was perfect. Modern design, kind staff, really feel like home. All compliments to chef, cocktail master & waitress in dinning room. This year we receive a gift card for free public transport & museum entrances. As train station is nearby enjoyed to visit Bolzano, Otzi the Iceman.

A family hotel with services at the highest level. Great owners, thanks to whom we return to Molaris every year for several years. Delicious food, comfortable and clean rooms, ideal conditions for relaxation. It's great there both in winter and summer.

Absolutely stunning hotel, rooms are fabulous as are public areas , pools and spa. Staff seem thrilled to have guests from UK as so few make the effort to get here, believe me , it's worth it the effort. Food is a work of art . Make the trip , you won't regret it.

We were absolutely amased with the service, kindness of staff and facilities of this hotel. Great outer pool & jacuzzi with warm water, comfortable and clean Spa zone with saunas. Breakfast was great, and for dinner all compliments to Chef. As we are gourmands we were so happy to enjoy fish & meat specialities as extraordinary experience. Good position and spotless cleanness of hotel. We shall definitely come back.

Meraviglioso hotel che nel corso degli anni ha subito grandi trasformazioni, da piccola locanda che offriva da dormire ai pochi passanti a piccolo albergo, da albergo a hotel con spa fino ad arrivare ai giorni nostri :un vero 4 stelle s con 2 piscine di cui una coperta,una spa modernissima e molto pulita, vari tipi di saune e riti aufguss con maestro di sauna. Pensione 3/4 molto apprezzata, con merenda super!! Molto accoglienti le camere con borsa wellness all'arrivo e terrazza privata con vista e sedie sdraio. .Bellissimi gli spazi comuni , il bar e il giardino curatissimo. Tutto il personale è molto gentile ed educato e I titolari ci mettono davvero tanta passione in quello che fanno. L'unico appunto che devo fare è che non abbiamo potuto usare la card rilasciata alla reception,perché in più occasioni non veniva accettata , come per esempio alla fortezza che invece appariva nella lista delle attrazioni incluse. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente, abbiamo scoperto un nuovo hotel dove sarà sempre un piacere ritornarci.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Molaris per tre notti nel ponte del 25 aprile e tutto è stato meraviglioso: molto buona la posizione della struttura e le camere. Sin dal primo ingresso nella hall l’atmosfera è stata più che positiva: la sala da pranzo molto bella e sempre apparecchiata sia a colazione che a cena in modo originale e gradevole, il cibo ottimo e soprattutto abbondante. Il servito ottimo con del personale qualificato e professionale . Eccellente la spa dotata di ogni confort e stupende le due piscine. Per quello che riguarda la pulizia delle camere il mio giudizio è più che sufficiente. Concludo dicendo che ritornerei molto volentieri in questo bellissimo hotel.

Hotel stupendo, moderno e in un’ottima posizione con parcheggio sotterraneo privato da cui si accede direttamente alla struttura. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale gentile e disponibile, inoltre al check-in ci hanno anche descritto le maggiori attrazioni nelle vicinanze adatte alle famiglie e i vari servizi offerti dalla struttura. La piscina esterna è riscaldata, ma se si esce per fare il bagno senza poi accedere alla spa si rischia di prendere molto freddo d’inverno, l’area spa è ampia anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito perché non è accessibile ai bambini. La piscina sul tetto invece è adatta alle famiglie, è al coperto e c’è anche una sauna (per famiglie) con vista panoramica. Struttura adatta a tutti e offre diverse soluzioni dalle coppie alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Area pranzo molto ampia, il cibo non eccellente, ma buono con piatti curati e vari per soddisfare tutti i palati dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Ci siamo stati per una breve vacanza di famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’hotel è in un’ottima posizione e si raggiunge il centro o la stazione della funivia in 5 minuti a piedi,’oltre ad avere un’ottima posizione nella valle. Ci è ritorneremo sicuramente. Nota negativa la pulizia della stanza che non era stata ben pulita, peccato perché il resto della struttura l’abbiamo trovato pulito e curato.

Wir haben gerade unseren Urlaub im Molaris Lodge beendet und könnten nicht glücklicher sein! Es war eine wunderbare Zeit für unsere ganze Familie. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und komfortabel – ideal für Familien. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht hat. Jeden Tag wurden wir mit einem abwechslungsreichen und köstlichen Frühstück verwöhnt, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu unternehmen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team vom Molaris Lodge – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
