My husband and I stayed for three nights. Booking directly was quite complicated; they almost never answer the phone. I finally booked through a travel website. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few meters from the main avenue, all the shops and restaurants. I found the room comfortable, spacious, and bright. The common areas are very luxurious. We took advantage of the spa area, which has a gym, jacuzzi, and sauna. Great views from the terrace. Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room; it's very varied and delicious. Now for the downsides, things that can never happen in a place of this caliber. The hairdryer didn't work. I called reception to have it fixed, but they didn't. I asked if they could lend me one, since, as is well known, the area has temperatures that don't allow you to go out with wet hair. They replied that they didn't have any other devices to lend me. I had this problem for two days until they finally fixed it on the last night. But not everything was perfect, as they had serious problems with the hot water, and we showered too quickly and quickly to avoid freezing. A shame, since the accommodation has almost all the qualities to be one of the best in Río Gallegos.
